We had been focused on the Bryn Mawr/Ardmore area, but we recently started seeing some homes online in Havertown and were quite surprised how much more you can get at a lower price point. We have two children who are currently in 3rd and 6th grade (6th grader will be attending a private school for 7th grade in Paoli, which is the reason for the move).
